Membership
Club 21’s mission is to support individuals with Down syndrome, their families and communities so that those individuals will reach their full potential and become fully included members of society.
We are inviting all those who believe in the vision of Club 21 and have been touched by someone with Down syndrome to become members – families, friends, educators and the community.
We are proud to say that more than consumers of services; our members are active and invested partners in Club 21’s mission. As a member of Club 21, your membership fee provides families opportunities. As our membership grows, we continue to serve more families.
When you become a member of Club 21 you become part of a larger and stronger community that is actively working toward changing perceptions, providing hope, equipping individuals, building relationships and pursuing full potential and equality of individuals touched by Down syndrome.
Below you will see the resources and services that membership in Club 21 offers to families. Please note that no family will be denied access to services due to financial need.
The annual charter membership fee for Club 21 is $45 for the fiscal year.
In addition the following Program Fees are applicable.
Becoming a member is quite easy. Simply fill download the Membership Application and mail it to us with your check for $45 OR complete the Membership Application online and submit your payment by check or PayPal.
