The Children’s Nature Institute
The Children’s Nature Institute provides educational experiences with nature to
underserved and at-risk children from pre-K through 3rd grade.  Their programs include the
Outreach Discovery Program, Family Nature Walks (some stroller-accessible), and a

Big Fun Therapy and Recreational Services
BIG FUN’s recreational programs are geared towards helping special needs children
excel at gymnastics and other athletic activities while introducing the social element of
peer contact, both with other special needs children and with typical children in the gym.
Big Fun works in over a dozen gyms in California and they are willing to bring their
programs into additional gyms if you contact them.

Kids on Stage
Kids On Stage is a theater, video and performing arts program for kids and young adults
ages 1 to 18.  They will tailor a class to you or your group and are available for special
needs classes.  Scheduled classes are also open to both typical children and special
needs children.
