Speech/Communication consults for Babies under 18 months!
Club 21 is aware of how important it is to get information to you about babies and early speech and communication development.  We know that it is very difficult to get a speech consult for a baby under 18 months.  Yet, we know that babies are active communicators from the moment they are born.  They begin a dynamic process of learning through experiencing sensations and emotions, movements, interactions and relationships. Club 21 is very pleased to be able to work together with Amy Johnson M.A. CCC-SLP, a pediatric Speech and Language pathologist and the owner of Cornerstone Speech and Language in South Pasadena, California.  Amy will be providing individual consults at Club 21 for babies 18 months and under on select Fridays at Club 21.  Amy will work with parents to help them learn about their child’s communication and oral-motor profile as well as what parents can do each day, at each stage to help maximize their child’s early communication and oral development.
