Reggie Ursettie
Vice President
Currently a Librarian at Flintridge Preparatory School in La Canada, Reggie Ursetti is an invaluable resource in liaising with private schools for student volunteers to work in the center. She facilitates building relationships in schools and the wider community, teaching students about Down syndrome, and emphasizing the importance of diversity and inclusion in schools and community. For years, Reggie has had a deep passion and heart for any child with Down syndrome, and she is eager to translate that passion into providing a place where families and children can come and learn, grow, think in new ways, and begin to dream new dreams.
Eric Gray
CFO
Since the birth of his daughter Estelle, Eric has been on a mission to enhance the quality of life of individuals with Down syndrome. He has been a part of the vision of Club 21 from the beginning. Eric is committed and focused on providing resources and education to families so that all children with Down syndrome can reach their potential. He also brings his expertise in the finance world to our Board. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Finance for E! Entertainment, and thus has wide finance management experience. Eric’s responsibilities include the general oversight of all financial operations and activities.
Nancy Norris
Secretary
Nancy has had several terms as PTA President in the South Pasadena Unified School District and brings with her a skill set which includes networking, fundraising, and event planning. She has shown her support of families with Down syndrome and has given of her time, finances, and her heart so that children and families will have what they need to live fully with a child with special needs. Nancy and her husband Steve have been very involved in the South Pasadena Educational Foundation, so she will be a wonderful liaison to the South Pasadena School District in encouraging options for students with Down syndrome.
Vivianna Welflin
As the mother of a child with Down syndrome, Viviana has been working towards successful inclusion for many years. She is the former chair of the West San Gabriel Valley Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA), and she is currently serving as the San Gabriel Unified School District representative to the Community Advisory Committee (CAC). She has also worked with the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center as the chairperson for the Parent Education Advisory Committee. Additionally she has served on many other boards for local non-profit organizations. Thus her skill set includes parent networking, team collaboration, and liaising with various agencies and parent groups.
Linda Landry
President
Linda has served on various boards as a board officer. Currently she is involved with the California Family Resource Association, Family Resource Centers Network of California, and the California Interagency Coordination Council under Part C of IDEA. Her vast experience combines with an array of training in fields ranging from conflict resolution to parliamentary procedure and reflective supervision. She is also currently working as Content Consultant insuring the California Department of Education publication “Special EDge” Newsletter is parent friendly. She administers the nationally recognized advocacy training program for families and self advocates, Partners in Policymaking, for the Westside Family Resource and Empowerment Center. She will bring all of her experience and skills with her as she strives to build bridges between the Down syndrome community and other organizations.
Jessica Bulgin
Jessica is connected to Down syndrome in multiple ways. As a special education teacher she works with children with many different needs on a daily basis, which include Down syndrome. As the sister in law to an adult with Down syndrome she is intimately connected to the journey that a family with a child with Down syndrome travels. She has worked tirelessly on behalf of both families and teachers to provide an environment at schools that would help children with disabilities flourish and be included in every day life. She brings to Club 21 a wealth of knowledge, passion, out of the box thinking and hard work. Her knowledge of school systems, needs of families and teaches are true gifts to our learning and resource center.
Monica Borquez
As the mother of a child with Down syndrome Monica is intimately connected to the needs of children with Down syndrome. She is also actively involved in the “New Mothers” support groups in the area as a Parent mentor and has served as the community liaison for Children’s Hospital Home Care Executive Board. Monica’s work in “Medical Records” at an Obstetrics/Gynecological office in San Gabriel highlights her analytical and educational skills. Her focus on details and relationships with families of babies with Down syndrome will prove invaluable assets to this resource center as she seeks to facilitate community.


Tracy Webb
Tracy Webb is a Special Assistant City Attorney responsible for Crime Prevention and Youth Protection and Child Abuse Policy in the Los Angeles City Attorney*s Office. She is a career prosecutor who spent a large part of her career prosecuting Child Abuse cases including physical, sexual, and emotional and exploitation crimes. As Chief Prosecutor for the City of Pasadena for eight years, Tracy was responsible for supervising a staff of attorneys and support staff who handled the criminal offenses within the city limits of Pasadena. Tracy is married and the mother of two grown daughters and two step children. She spends some of her free time making documentary films and Public Service Announcements and won an Emmy for a film on Gang Violence. In her 25 years as a mother and an attorney, she has dedicated her career to prosecuting criminals, supporting children and families and participating in community efforts to further the support of children, youth and families.
